This training involves a powerful and sacred First Degree Activating Attunement. General information and the History of Reiki are discussed as well as an overview of the Chakra system. Reiki Ethics, the Five Principles of Reiki, the hand positions, how to facilitate a self-healing and how to provide a session for others including practice time for each.

This level is more intense as there will be a Second Degree Attunement and a lot more practical information taught. You will learn:

How to preform a Distance Healing.
Hands on Reiki Treatment (with client physically there)
Reiki Share
Chakra System on a Physical and Metaphysical level, symptoms and causes.
The use of Metaphysical Tools such as: Crystals, Sound and potentially the incorporation of other modalities to benefit your client.
Marma Points throughout the physical body.
